Formal procedure shall be followed on filing applications for revocation of patents or any rectifications to be made in the Registry.

The Appellate Board shall issue a certified copy of every order or judgement of its relating to a Patent to the Controller and the Controller will amend the changes to the register as per the directions of the Appellate Board with such order.
