No employee in the Patent office shall, except when required and authorized in writing by the Controller or Central Government or the Appellate Board or the Court,

• Furnish any information on any matters being or has been dealt by the office
• prepare or give assistance in preparing the documents needed by the Patent office to file a Patent or be submitted in the Patent Office
• Perform a search from the records from the Patent office.
