All Convention applications shall,

Contain a Complete specification; 

specify the date and the Convention Country in which the application for protection for the first application is made;

Bare a statement that no application for protection for  the same invention had been made in a convention country before that date mentioned by the applicant or any person with legal right.

All complete specifications in a convention application seeking protection in a convention country shall be accompanied by the claims as per the developments or additions made to the invention for which the applicant will be entitled to make a separate application for a patent.

A convention application shall not be filed after the period of 12 months from the date of filing the patent application in India.
