If any person refuses to give the information to the Central Government or to the Controller, which he is required to furnish, he shall be punishable with a fine up to 10 lakh rupees.

If any person required to give an information to the Central Government or to the Controller, gives an information which is false or which he knows that it is not true; he shall be punishable with 6  months imprisonment or fine or both.
