Every order from the High Court or the Appellate Board regarding revocation of patents or granting certificate of validity of any claim shall be transmitted to the Controller by the same authority for making entries in the register.

Upon any suit (case) of infringement of a patent or validity of a claim of a patent is finalised and the claim is found to be valid or invalid, the Court shall transmit a copy of the judgement (decree) to the Controller and the Controller shall make entry to the register thereof in the prescribed manner in a supplemental record.

The same conditions apply to appeals referred to the court against the decisions of the Appellate Board.
